Our Company

Both of our manufacturing facilities are located in Elkhart, Indiana. Two full-width panel lamination lines have been custom designed around our customer’s products. Custom heating systems, roller applicators, and various automation processes are fitted on the laminators. Our machine operators join with experienced production workers and allows for a high level of ‘final finish’ quality. In our pre-hung door facility, state-of the-art machinery combines with trained operators to assemble a diverse product line to the MH and RV industry.

We have placed emphasis on developing strong partnerships with our key suppliers. This provides long-term and above-average service to us- and ultimately to our customers. These relationships have given Genesis Products faster lead-time on products, aggressive product pricing, and research and design advantages that we bring directly to our clients.

Genesis has 2 purchasing directors that oversee all aspects of our inventory and quality control functions. This brings us dynamic response to every aspect of our inventory control. Our customers using JIT inventory find Genesis a valuable partner in supply-chain management. With some companies requiring supplier-based inventory and cycle counts, our sales staff will assist in maintaining pre-set product levels.

Quality Assurance Program
Our quality assurance protocol includes an array of independent product testing and certification. Our products must pass monthly and continuous testing processes to meet industry standards for construction quality, laminate bonding strength, flame spread, and formaldehyde emissions.

Genesis Products is a certified production facility through PFS Corporation, an internationally recognized leader in product certification. While this outside laboratory is a very valuable resource to us, we have also developed an in-house QA program.

• Monthly Fleetwood 7.2.2 45º Lap Shear Test - laminate bond test
• Monthly E 1333 Large Scale Formaldehyde Emissions Test

• Monthly IHPA 3-Cycle Soak Test - panel construction test
• Weekly Onsite Customer Quality Audits - overall product quality, customer feedback
• Daily In-House Quality Audits - overall product quality
• Pre-Sorting of all Ceiling Board - sorting out defective face lauan
• Tinted adhesives for all 2 mil woodgrain vinyl - prevents lauan color bleed-through
